The hardness of the tooth surface is HRC56-62º. 6) The material of the barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm. The barrel use air-cooling and cast aluminium heater. 7) The PVC only used screw applies high quality nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA and wholly nitrided. The nitriding depth is 0.4-0.5mm, compression ratio is 1.8, to guarantee the push power ,and the material not be decomposed. 8) Temp-control meter: Japan RKC with all digital intellect high precision. Control temperature is +_1.5. 9) One Single screw cores are water-cooling designed, water pipe is stainless steel, cooling by spurt method, guarantee the temperature is equal, not to be fast cooled, the swivel joint is copper material. 2. One-level cyclone. 1) One dustproof high pressure blower, AC motor is 3KW. 2) One stainless steel pipe cover, Φ130mm, L=6m, One venturi three direct link to air-cooling pelletizer , two 45°steelless steel sinuous pipes. 3) One Φ560mm cyclone, with a pipeΦ400mm in it, to make the material cooled well in cyclone. 5. Vibrating sieve one set. Vibrating sieve 300 style. 6. Container system one set. 1) One dustproof high pressure blower., AC motor is 3KW. 2) One stainless steel pipe cover, Φ100mm, L=6m, One venturi three direct link to vibrating sieve , two 4 stainless steel elbow piece. 3) Stainless steel container, volume is 0.8 square meter. Baiting valve is butterfly valve. 4) Container frames width and height is according to the required package of customer. 7. Electrical control system. 1) AV Contactor are Siemens products. 2) Breaker Switch are DELIXI products . 3) Control buttons and signal lamp are Schneider products. 4) Air switch are LG products from. 5) Main AC motor 22KW, used imported variable-frequency regulator. 6) Pelletizer motor is 1.5KW, used imported variable-frequency regulator. 7) The temperature control meter and digital ammeter are RKC products. 8) Pressure meter is XiaoGan products in HuBei, China. 8. SHR-200A High-speed mixer. . Total price of the machine: . Terms of payment: The contract will be valid upon receipt of 30% in advance,65% price should be paid upon taking delivery of the machine. 5% price should be paid after installation and debugging. . Time of delivery: 30 days after the sales contract made(after the advance payment),the time on the trip is not included, we finish debugging of the machine in one week. . Guarantee period: If its the design and quality problem, we supply freely repairment service in a year. ( exclusion: the customer makes mistaking to the machine),and we supply the training and service. a) Instruction of field installation b) Equipment field debugging and trial run c) Training on field operation and maintenance for customer's personnel. d) With regard to equipment failure resulted from design or manufacturing quality, 1 year free warranty and guarantee of provision of spare parts. e) Long-term technical consultation service. f) In or out the guarantee period, we supplier give buyer a corrective action to solve the problem. . Installation and debugging: when the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on the appropriate position according to the specifications provided by the supplier; and then, the supplier should send its officials to the site in order to instruct the customer about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide necessary conditions for trial run. When it runs normally, the ownership title of the machine should be transferred to the customer. And the customer should provide the user acceptance report to the supplier. The customer should provide materials for trial run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with consideration of the supplier's opinions. . Documents: 1 set of electric assembly drawings, 1 user's manual of single-screw extruder, user's manual of speed regulator, 1 user's manual of temperature control meter. . Time of delivery: 30 days after the contract becomes valid. (Accord to the cash arrived) And the equipment will be in normal operation after debugging within one week after arrival.
